Daniel Powter will appear on SMAPxSMAP on December 6th to perform "Lose To Win/Cry For The Smile" together on stage with SMAP. The song, penned by Daniel, was recorded by SMAP and titled "Cry For The Smile" for their current album. It was also recorded by Daniel titled "Lose To Win" and is the brand new single on his new album called Best Of Me to be released in Japan on December 8th.

December 8th, Daniel Powter releases a new record in Japan called Best of Me! It features a collection of songs from his self-titled debut album and from his second Asian release, Under The Radar. On Feb 22, 2010 the French European AIDES Association released the song “If” on the new album called Message. The song is a collective of French and International artists singing together to help bring a message to the world that we can all help in the struggle to prevent the spread of AIDS. All proceeds from this project will go to help strengthen prevention and support the most effected regions of France and throughout the world. Learn more at www.aides.org.
